DELIVERY: You have the right to collect your package from courier shop within 10days from the arrival date or else your package returns back to us. If you still want your package you have to contact us for resend in git and pay double delivery fees. If, for any reason you want to cancel your order or you are unable to collect your package please contact us.

RETURNS: If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 15 days from date of delivery (see below conditions of return).

You are not allowed to change any sales clothing with new arrivals clothing.

Steps for return

1. Contact Mini Me Boutique to inform about your return.

2. Choose another size or different product/item.

3. Mini Me Boutique will send your new order/item.

4. Courier will inform you to collect your package.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to collect your new package you have to return your older package (at the same time at courier shop) and pay the delivery fees, €5 euros. NO Money Refunds!

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN: Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.

FEES: The delivery cost to a courier office/shop is €3 and for home delivery €4.50. For orders over €50.00 delivery to a courier office/shop is free.

The delivery cost for returning an item/package will be 5euros (for receiving and sending your returning package at the same time).This also helps you so you don’t spend time and visit courier shop twice.

ORDER CANCELLATION :We reserve the right to cancel an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price or for a product that is no longer available even if an order has been accepted or is in transit. We will contact you to inform you that your order has not been accepted for the goods in question.
